Billing Delays

We have recently updated our systems and experienced a delay in processing transactions and issuing billings. Customers on Pre-Authorized and Budget Payment Plans will see a delay in the amount being requested from your bank account.

Your July bill has been issued prior to the payment due date shown on your June bill. This has resulted in your July bill not reflecting June’s bill payment.
