Billing/PAP Delays

Customer bills for the month of July were delayed. Customers on Pre-Authorized and Budget Billing Plans will see a delay in the amount being requested from your bank account.

Your August billing will be issued prior to the Due Date shown on your July bill. This may result in showing a balance forward on your statement if payments are not processed before this date.
