Delays in Issuing August Bills
There are 951 customers in Midland and Newmarket service areas that will not receive a bill in August. All 951 customers have been notified in writing by mail. We have identified the billing issues and are correcting to ensure bills continue to be accurate and provided in a timely manner. We anticipate the delayed bills will be sent out in September 2021. There will not be late payment fees associated with the delayed bills, and payment due dates have been extended. If your account is set up for pre-authorized payment, please note the funds will be withdrawn from your bank account on the next available due date and will be shown on your next bill.
