MyAccount Changes effective July 11, 2022

NT Power is improving the MyAccount section on its website by adding new customer-friendly features. 

An email has been sent to portal users walking you through the steps needed to upgrade your account. If you are no longer a customer, please disregard.  

MyAccount Provides: 

  • A secure log-in which allows all NT Power customers easy access to their account information 

  • Mobile friendly access 

  • Ability to view your Electricity Use - hourly, daily, monthly, or yearly 

  • Ability to review your bill and payment history 

  • Option to select paperless billing 

  • Option to select equal and/or pre-authorized payment plans  

  • Ability to sign up for electric high usage alerts 

  • Ability to choose between Tiered or Time-Of-Use (TOU) pricing plans. Full details about these options are found under Electricity Rates on our website: Electricity Rates | NT Power 

  • Ability to add multiple accounts to your Web Profile 

  • My Account is also Green Button Compliant, supporting Download-My-Data which allows you to download your energy usage data in an energy standard format. 

Many New and exciting features will continuously be added 

Don't worry, your preferences for paperless billing or pre-authorized payment will not be affected by this change.
