Power has been restored to over 99% of our customers. Please refer to our outage map for updated information. If you have not done so already, please call in if you see any fallen trees or damage in your area as we focus our efforts on smaller pockets.
As the extreme weather alert comes to an end, we've been able to restore power to over 99% of the communities we service. Currently, 20 of you remain without power, and we continue to work diligently alongside electricians to get power back on for you and your families as soon as we can.
We understand the past few days have been challenging, especially with power outages during these cold and icy conditions. We're committed to ensuring reliable power for every one of you.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to our brave linemen who worked tirelessly in often unpredictable weather. We also deeply appreciate the kind messages we've received—they truly mean a lot.
