This past week, the Spring ice storm brought unexpected challenges to many of you. Widespread outages deeply affected several communities across Ontario, leaving many without power for days. We understand how difficult and frustrating these past few days have been, and we’re relieved to announce that power has now been successfully restored to everyone in our service area. We want to reassure you that we strive to provide the best support through unexpected outages and we will continue to do everything we can to assist you when you need it most. Our deepest gratitude goes to our dedicated linemen working tirelessly in the field, as well as our in-office staff handling inquiries and supporting the community during this challenging period. Your hard work has made a tremendous difference. We also want to reiterate our commitment to providing safe and reliable services to each and every one of you.
