My Account & Paperless Billing
Now's the perfect time to make the change to paperless billing!
Customers who make the change to paperless billing between September 1st, 2023, and November 30, 2023, can show their support for the organizations assisting those in the community who are struggling with food insecurity. For each account that chooses to opt into paperless billing between these dates, NT Power will donate $5.00 to either the Georgian Bay Food Network or the Newmarket Food Pantry. Where the donation is directed is determined by the address on the NT Power account that is changed to paperless billing.

What information do I need to register for MyAccount and get started with paperless billing?
To get started with paperless billing you will need to register a new account at MyAccount.ntpower.ca using:
- A valid e-mail address,
- Your NT Power account number (found on the top-right corner of your bill); and,
- The amount of your most recent payment.

Once I have completed registering for MyAccount, how long does it take for my account information to become available?
After you have verified your e-mail and connected your account using your NT Power account number and amount of your most recent payment your account information will be available immediately. If you complete the process and your account information is not visible, please contact us.
Will I still receive a paper copy of my bill in the mail?
Once you have successfully added paperless billing to your account you should no longer be in receipt of a paper copy of your NT Power bill. If you do happen to receive a paper copy after making the change to paperless billing, please contact us.
How do I know when a new bill has been added to MyAccount?
When a new bill is uploaded to MyAccount you will receive an email at the address that you provided for use by MyAccount.ntpower.ca at the time of registration. To ensure you receive our communications relating to your NT Power account, please ensure that the email you have provided is active and checked regularly.
Can I download electronic copies of my NT Power bill?
How many of my previous bills are available for download through the MyAccount portal?
