Credit Card Payments: Pay your NT Power bill by credit card online or by phone using MasterCard and Visa.
Please allow three (3) business days for the payment to reach us when using this option. Paymentus Corporation is an independent company and charges a convenience fee to pay your bill using this service; however, NT Power does not retain any portion of the convenience fee.
Please remember that it remains the responsibility of our customers to keep their accounts current. Payments can be made via pre-authorized payments, credit card, online banking, telephone banking, or in person at financial institutions in Canada. Please refrain from mailing payments during the disruption, as they may not reach us by the due date. Late fees may apply to unpaid balances, but we are here to assist if you encounter financial difficulties.
