Time of Use (TOU) Pricing and Tiered Pricing remain unchanged on November 1, 2021

The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has announced that electricity prices for households and small businesses remain unchanged for the winter months under the Regulated Price Plan (RPP). The winter Time-of-Use (TOU) hours and the change in the Tier threshold for residential customers on Tiered pricing took effect on November 1, 2021 as usual.

The Ontario Elecrticity Rebate (OER) will be reduced from 18.8% to 17.0% beginning Nov. 1, 2021. This charge is a separate line item on your NT Power bill. The impact of this change will vary for each customer based on their individual monthly consumption.
