NT POWER'S OFFICE SCHEDULE UPDATE
Our NT Power Customer Service team is available by phone and email - 8:30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. While our Midland office continues to be closed to the public, our Newmarket office is now open with limited services during business hours.
Please note, we are no longer accepting payments at any of the NT Power locations.

Streetlights are owned and maintained by your local municipality. If you’re calling to report a streetlight issue, please contact the municipality directly.

Business Office Hours
The Call Centre and Internal Staff are available from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Monday through Friday.
Operations are available from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
